Somerset is currently looking for an ISO Manger with a focus on ISO systems management, continuous improvement, and product quality management. This position is for an individual who has the ability to become proficient with mill data systems, working closely with a variety of functional groups within the organization to ensure compliance with ISO system requirements. The successful candidate will interface with operations, and customers, ensuring product quality concerns are addressed and performance attributes are attainted.

Performance Objectives

Acquire system knowledge and competence, both operational and informational, building subject matter expertise and process technical knowledge, important for leading ISO systems improvement.

Support Product Quality Manager and Customer Technical Service representatives.

ISO systems oversight, ensuring system requirements are met for compliance and continued certification for Quality, Food Safety, Safety, and Environmental ISO programs.

Entry requirements

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or business-related field.

5-8 years of relevant business experience, including quality systems, product management, or manufacturing.

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Process operations and quality assurance knowledge.

ISO Systems knowledge and management a plus.

LSS Black Belt a plus.
