Job Description
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
Help manage day-to-day project operations and documentation.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Track and manage project budgets and costs
Facilitate communication between field and office staff.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Respond to inquiries from clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Assist in ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and company safety policies.
Help conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
Support the closeout process, including punch list management, as-built drawings, and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of industry experience - General Contracting experience preferred.
Demonstrated history of working on large-scale new construction projects.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
