Must-Have Skills:

1+ year of business analysis experience with IBM Cúram software and government IT projects

Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business rules/processes, including writing requirements and Use Cases

2+ years' experience in Medicaid Eligibility or healthcare insurance

Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or healthcare field

Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of business modeling techniques and graphical process flow tools

Experience documenting formal business processes and interpreting regulations/policy documents
