and Duties Under the supevision of the Correctional Administrator, DOC the Captain, AI plans, organizes, and directs a progressive program for the custody, discipline, classification, treatment, employment, and recreation of the incarcerated persons.

Performs adminstrative duties including, but not limited to adhere to Departmental policies, rules, and procedures.

Candidates new to CDCR are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by departmental annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.
