Engineering Manager

Job Title: Engineering Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and manage all capital projects from inception through completion, including funding, bidding, contracting, construction, and start-up phases.

This role involves overseeing engineering services and capital project management activities, coordinating with construction field crews, and supporting compliance and operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities * Manage and oversee all phases of major capital projects, ensuring successful completion from funding to start-up.

* Coordinate maintenance projects of existing facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

* Participate in collaboration with construction field crews and regulatory bodies such as WDNR.

* Develop and recommend operating and capital budgets, ensuring expenditures are controlled effectively.

* Support compliance with water and air permits and contribute to pollution prevention programs.

* Drive operational improvements and lead watershed management initiatives.

Essential Skills * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum of 8 years of experience in wastewater engineering.

* Professional Engineer License in Wisconsin.

* Expertise in civil engineering, engineering management, and general engineering practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

* Ability to develop and manage budgets and control project expenditures.

Work Environment The position offers a stable and meaningful work environment where you can take pride in your contributions.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week with flexibility options such as 4-10 hour days or 4-9 hour days with every other Friday off.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
