Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of Bakery experience
Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, SQF, and AIB
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
Basic Job Duties
Ensure consistent food production according to the company's recipes and standards.
Supervise Bakers engaged in proofing and oven baking operations.
Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing flow of products being baked.
Oversee the daily production shift plans and schedules.
Monitor Baking Science of Time, Temperature, and Humidity.
Ensure Quality, Food Safety, Production Efficiencies, minimal Waste
