Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled PCBA Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). This position requires a strong understanding of PCBA processes and engineering principles, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) in alignment with project specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, manufacturing, and quality assurance to optimize PCBA design for manufacturability.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of PCBA prototypes to ensure functionality and reliability.
Implement and improve PCBA manufacturing processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) techniques.
Document engineering processes, changes, and specifications for PCBAs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Proven experience in printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) engineering.
Strong knowledge of PCBA processes and techniques, including SMT.
Proficiency in PCB design software and simulation tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
