The Team Member Education Assistance Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting professional development and continuous learning of team members within the organization. This position involves administering education assistance programs, providing guidance and resources to employees seeking educational opportunities, and ensuring that the programs align with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Oversee the administration of the education assistance program, including coordinating with educational institutions, processing tuition reimbursement requests, and maintaining program records.

• Team Member Support: Provide personalized guidance to team members on educational opportunities, including selecting appropriate courses, understanding program benefits, and navigating the application and reimbursement processes.

• Policy administration: Ensure that the program policies and procedures are implemented correctly and keep abreast of changes in educational trends and regulations that may impact the program.

• Communication: Develop and distribute clear and concise communication materials to educate about the available programs, benefits, and application procedures.

• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on program usage, participation, and outcomes to assess the program's effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure the seamless integration of the education assistance program within the organization's overall strategy.

• Partners with organizational leaders to place interns, students, and other career exploration program participants to support future talent pipeline for healthcare professionals.

• Provide administrative and coordination support for workforce development initiatives throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree required

Skills and Abilities: Microsoft proficient, technology and software, attention to detail, interpersonal, business writing, planning and organization, effective communication
