LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - WAGE & HOUR LITIGATION

Location: San Francisco, CA

Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in San Francisco. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in California.

2+ years of substantive experience in civil litigation.

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigation, PAGA, and single plaintiff employment litigation.

Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range of $145,000 to $200,000.

Bonus eligibility.
