Telecaller

We are looking for energetic and motivated Tele callers Freshers to join our team for the USA & UK Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with travel services, providing guidance, and promoting travel packages.

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for USA & UK travel process.

Provide information on packages, visa assistance, and related services.

Maintain call records and follow up with potential customers.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversions.

Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

Freshers Only

Good communication skills in English

Willing to work in Night Shift

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
