Intern - Marketing & Social Media (Unpaid - Course Credit Only)

Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Intern - Unpaid (May be eligible for course credit if available)

Location: Arizona Athletic Grounds, 6321 S. Ellsworth Rd., Mesa, AZ 85212

Hours: 10-15 hours per week, flexibility to work weekends and in some cases, nights

Job Description: Arizona Athletic Grounds is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sports and events industry.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage socials and community feedback (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn and other growing platforms)

Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including graphics & videos

Website & App Management: Help maintain and update our website and mobile app with the latest news, events, and promotions

Marketing Collateral: Creation of decks, flyers, brochures and other media to be used in promotion of Arizona Athletic Grounds to event promoters, tournament directors, corporate clients and more

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of and experience creating content for social media platforms

Experience with video editing softwares (e.g., PhotoShop, Canva, CapCut)

Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite

Passion for sports and event marketing

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
