Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Flexibility is required as the starting and ending hours may adjust based on the evolving responsibilities of the position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Shop Safety Assistant, you will be an integral part of the safety team, supporting daily operations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities include:

Assisting the safety team using strong computer skills and effective communication.

Interacting with customers and drivers in a polite and professional manner.

Providing management with feedback on customer service-related issues.

Processing invoices accurately and efficiently as needed.

Performing other tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure operational success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in computer use, including familiarity with common software tools.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
