What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll help create and maintain a play-based learning environment where curiosity, creativity, and emotional growth are encouraged every single day. You’ll develop lesson plans aligned with NAEYC and 5-Star Step Up to Quality standards, track developmental progress, and foster meaningful connections with children, families, and fellow staff.

You’ll also:

Encourage social-emotional development and independence

Maintain records and observe child progress

Communicate regularly and positively with families

Keep the classroom safe, organized, and full of joyful learning

Requirements:

A true passion for early childhood education

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Patience, flexibility, and dedication to best practices

Experience in a licensed child care setting preferred

CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus
