We're on the hunt for a rockstar Food and Beverage Head Coach (Think Restaurant General Manager) to lead our team with passion, energy, and a love for all things bold and delicious.

The Role:

As the Head Coach, you'll be the captain of the ship, ensuring every guest experience is off-the-chain amazing! You'll manage day-to-day operations, inspire the team, and keep the flavors flowing and the vibes high.

What You'll Do:

Oversee, guide, and develop the Food and Beverage Leadership Team, as well as a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Ensure every guest experience is flavor-packed with top-tier service.

Committed to food safety and quality, familiar with EcoSure Assessments and compliance. ensuring health inspections are 95+.

Optimize seating, staffing, and service to boost revenue and keep the party going

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of experience in a high-volume and fast paced restaurant management environment ($10 million annual F&B Sales in full-service restaurant).

You know great food and even better service to keep guests coming back. You have a strong understanding of bar operations; you know how to drive alcohol sales and keep the energy high in our lively Tiki area.

You thrive in controlled chaos and can handle busy rushes with a smile.

Experience with P&L management, employee scheduling, and inventory control.

Brings positive energy and strong ownership to every shift, effectively manage both expected challenges and sudden issues.

Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members, working hands on alongside team members to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
