Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform installation and setup of new equipment as per AEPs request
• Perform troubleshooting for TV or projector display related issues
• Troubleshoot the wire connectivity How to and issues
• Support and resolve How to queries raised by conference room users.
• Troubleshoot the Audio & Video related issues that occurs in single device
• Support and resolve the issues reported for conference room related tools (e.g. click to share, sign-in device, etc.)
• Perform break-fix on broken or faulty conference room equipment / hardware
• Support & perform conference room hardware replacement / refresh process
• Support conference room equipment Inventory management by working with customer & vendor
• Perform Physical device reboots requested by engineering support team
• Co-ordination with cross support teams
• Willingness to travel to different close by sites Generic Managerial Skills, If any Verbal and written communication Handling VIP users Excellent interpersonal skill
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 a Year
