Ready to Lead Test Automation Excellence That Powers Product Quality?
We're seeking a test automation development expert who can drive quality processes and technical excellence within our Product Delivery Team. As our SDET II, you'll serve as the technical leader for test automation architecture while ensuring code standards and quality processes that enable reliable, scalable software delivery.

What You'll Actually Do
Lead technical excellence: Serve as test automation development expert while owning quality processes and code standards across Product Delivery Team.
Drive process improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within team and work collaboratively to implement meaningful changes that increase efficiency and quality.
Provide technical leadership: Lead architecture discussions and actively contribute to technical strategy while serving as approver for test automation merge requests.
Ensure code quality: Perform comprehensive code reviews while promoting, recommending, and enforcing coding standards and standard operating procedures.
Monitor platform health: Use available tools to monitor platform performance and raise awareness to team while solving complex testing problems systematically.
Support agile processes: Participate in sprint grooming, planning, and kick-off sessions to estimate stories, raise awareness, and provide additional testing insights.
Qualifications
What You Bring to Our Mission
The technical foundation:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems (equivalent technology experience considered)
2+ years SDET/CI/CD/Automation experience
Solid understanding of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
The automation expertise:
Expert-level proficiency in Java and/or .NET or similar programming languages
Experience with automation testing tools and techniques along with formal testing processes
Knowledge of TestNG, Selenium, Kotlin, Java, and JavaScript for test development
Experience with automated testing for native mobile applications (iOS, Android) using XCUITest, Espresso, Appium, TAFFY
The technical competencies:
Experience with scripting languages and APIs along with services, web technologies, and n-tier browser-based applications
Knowledge of formal defect management processes with demonstrated expertise troubleshooting complex, distributed software applications
Proficiency with GitLab and thorough understanding of existing system design, architecture, and business logic

Strong communication skills with openness to collaborate and enthusiasm to deliver as part of team
Passion and drive for learning technologies and applying them pragmatically
Ability to contribute to technical discussions with openness to listen and learn from peers
Capability to work effectively with other teams to resolve issues and defects while learning and solving problems in timely manner
