We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and scale our growth efforts within the

Medical Billing services vertical. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare

sales, a deep understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and a proven ability to close deals in

a consultative, B2B environment.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and

leading a small team of account executives or SDRs. As a key member of the business development

team, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence across clinics, private practices, and

healthcare networks throughout North America.

Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for medical billing services across the US and

Canada.

2. Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events to schedule meetings and

demos

3. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including discovery, proposal, negotiation,

and onboarding handoff

4. Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers including clinic owners, practice managers,

physicians, and CFOs

5. Prepare compelling presentations, pricing proposals, and customized ROI-driven solutions for clients

6. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead generation strategies

7. Track pipeline activities, deal stages, and forecast revenue accurately in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot or

Salesforce)

8. Attend healthcare industry events, webinars, or conferences to generate leads and stay informed

about industry trends

9. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and client satisfaction.

Position Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

2. Experience: 36+ years of experience in healthcare sales or medical billing services (B2B).

Required Skills:

1. Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system, medical billing codes, payer mix, and RCM processes

2. Strong consultative selling skills; ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions

3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (quota-carrying role)

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

6. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards.
