ISO Compliance DirectorrnThe ISO Compliance Director is responsible for ensuring a company's policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

ISO Compliance Director will perform regular audits, implement company policies, and design control systemsrnThe ISO Compliance Director will perform duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: quality operating system functions, ISO/IATF/AS Technical Specification, employee relations, training, etc.

Maintain proper company documentation.

Must be sensitive to company needs, employee goodwill, requirements/goodwill, and industry standards.rnRESPONSIBILITIES:rnAudit System Compliance: IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 9001, this includes Root Cause, Corrective, and Preventive Action Implementation; and Preventive Action responses to all quality concerns and audit non-conformances.

(5Y/8D, etc).rnDevelop / Maintain SOP's, coordinate meetings and update / Work Instructions; conduct training as appropriate.rnManage / Maintain Process Control Plans, PFMEA's and RPN Reduction Plans.rnConduct/ Manage Layered Audit program to assure control plan adherence / applicability.rnManage Continuous Improvement process / utilize feedback, including Cost of Poor Quality and other key quality metrics.rnEnsuring root cause corrective actions are in place through auditrnPartner with leadership teams to develop and administer various quality operating system plans and procedures.rnPartner with operations teams to analyze, develop, and administer product quality control procedures and processes.rnMaintain compliance with requirements, ISO/IATF Technical Specification, and industry standards to ensure quality product.rnPrepare for certification, update certificationsrnParticipate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.rnManage all activities of the department, including but not limited to: PPAPs, Layouts, and Quality Lab standards, operations, and certifications.rnManage the coordination of concerns and brokered product issues from domestic suppliers and partnered companies.rnManage the development and maintenance of PFMEAs, Control Plans, Operation Instructions, and other Quality System Documentation.rnManage, train, coach, counsel, and assist subordinates in the execution of their individual responsibilities.rnConduct employee performance appraisals and disciplinary actions, as required.rnEstablish and maintain required department records and reportsrnParticipate in administrative staff meetings, ISO/IATF Management Review meetings, and attend other meetings, internal and external, as required.rnOther duties as assigned.rnRequirements:rnAssociate's degree or greater in business management, engineering, or a related field is helpfulrnExperience in warehouse operations: sorting, inspection, packaging and shipping (inbound and outbound)rnStrong communication skills; written, computer, verbalrnExpert MS Office software: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, WordrnFamiliarity with automotive supplier requirementsrnISO/TS 16949 IATF Audit experience and / or trainingrnEfficient time management / multi-tasking / team working skills in a high pressure environmentrnExperience with problem solving, statistical, and analytical skills.rnExperience leading and managing employees / teams.rnExperience in Quality OperationsrnSQE certification is a plusrnOnly qualified applicants will be selected.
