Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician I to join our team in Round Lake, Illinois. This is a hands-on, entry-level role perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and committed to quality and safety.There are two shifts available: Day Shift:

5am to 5:30pm

2-2-3 Schedule (36 hours one week then 48 hours)

Pay: $21.00 (after 720 hours worked get bumped to $22.00)Night Shift:

5pm to 5:30am

2-2-3 Schedule ( 36 hours one week then 48 hours)

Pay: $22.68 (after 720 hours worked get bumped up to $23.76)

In this role, you will be responsible for executing production processes while strictly following cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), environmental, health, and safety guidelines. You will play a vital role in our 24/7 manufacturing operation, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards.salary: $21 - $22.68 per hour

Responsibilities

Inspect manufactured products for irregularities or defects.

Operate general production equipment such as labelers, parts washers, and autoclaves.

Perform manual cleaning of portable equipment and the production area.

Complete relevant paperwork, adhering to GDP/GMP guidelines.

Communicate any issues related to safety, quality, or equipment to the manufacturing lead or supervisor.

Assist with troubleshooting process problems and participate in continuous improvement teams.
