Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a K-12 public school setting in Ozark, AR, for the current school year (CSY). This contract position offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services that support student communication development across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to address specific speech and language disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations, treatment, and progress.
Participate in meetings such as Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and school team discussions.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Experience working with children in a K-12 educational environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students and school staff.
Ability to manage caseload and maintain compliance with regulatory and school district requirements.
