Salary: £27,000 per year

Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:00 Friday 9:00–15:00

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will attract candidates, match them to temporary or permanent positions, and build strong client relationships to fully understand their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing applicants through social media, job sites, and our database

Pre-screening candidates over the phone

Booking interviews and interviewing candidates

Conducting reference checks

Providing general admin support for the team

Dealing with clients on a daily basis

Supporting recruitment and administrative processes as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing

Living within the Pontefract area

Own transport (driving licence required)

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to deliver excellent customer service

MS Office experience
