The Hub Operations Agent II is the primary contact within the AIT Middle Mile Network Hub location for all customer service functions, freight inquiries and routing questions.

The Hub Operations Agent I responsibilities include communication to the H Operations, Operations Supervisor, Agent, Transportation, IT, Operation, Manufacturing
