Global Market Access Lead

We are seeking an experienced, strategic leader to drive Global HEOR and Market Access for a large, highly successful, fast-growing global pharmaceutical company.

This is a high-visibility, global leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape access strategy, lead a talented international team, and influence decision-making at the highest levels for the company biggest brand in Cardiometabolic. You will work closely with regional and affiliate teams, ensuring that therapies remain accessible, competitive, and aligned with long-term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute a global HEOR and market access strategy, aligned with organizational goals and cross-functional priorities.

Build and deliver compelling value propositions for payers and stakeholders, leveraging clinical and real-world evidence.

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation.

Who We’re Looking For:

A visionary leader with extensive experience in global market access and commercialization.

Proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams and shaping access in complex, multi-market environments.

Experience in evidence generation, payer strategy, and value proposition development to support successful market access ideally in major blockbuster brands.

Strong people leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing diverse, international teams.

Strategic, adaptable, and able to navigate complex challenges while delivering measurable outcomes.
