Core Responsibilities

Calendar and inbox management

Support daily management duties of the VP - i.e. travel bookings, visa applications, expenses management, purchasing orders, taking proactive actions

Regular interaction with broad stakeholder groups, including cross team coordination and external

Attend LT meetings, responsible for note taking and capturing actions, preparation of meeting agenda and materials and other meeting practicalities

LT event & workshop planning, including logistics in Denmark and abroad

Support strategy planning and deployment

Organising the LEL organisation's yearly offsite, including coordinating LEL Sample sales,

Support the global core processes – people, finance and communication, i.e. system support, PO support, track various spending if needed + potential ad-hoc project participation

Play your part in our team succeeding

In this role, you will be responsible for calendar planning for the VP in the LEGO Licensing & Extended Line organization. Join the EA network in PMD, collaborating with team members across PMD and M&C across levels and functions, as well as external partners.

Do you have what it takes?

Proven experience as a successful PA/EPA or in a comparable administrative role for senior leaders, ideally within a global organization

Experience planning and delivering meetings and events while prioritizing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and maintaining organization

Strong skills with the usage of Microsoft Office programs

Great communication skills and ability to handle a high-level of confidentiality

Comfortable managing multiple, semi-defined, and evolving tasks in an environment where priorities can shift hourly

A collaborative team player with a strong ability to build relationships quickly and effectively

Demonstrated ability to work independently, effectively planning and managing the workload to achieve results and meet deadlines

Strong bias for action with a proactive approach to driving tasks forward and anticipating needs.

Proficient in both written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
