️Help customers troubleshoot ERP-related issues using SAP systems and guide them through common tasks and problems.

️Escalate complex technical issues to relevant internal teams or SAP consultants as necessary.

️Work closely with SAP consultants and developers to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

️Make sure customer requests are handled on time and meet company quality standards.
