Home Hardware is looking for a qualified applicant that has leadership qualities and people skills. Applicants must be able to multitask on the floor. Applicant must be responsile and knowledgeable of the computer using EXCEL. .
The applicant must have at least 6 months or more experience with cash registers and basic computer knowledge. The applicant will have a dual role. Maintain knowledge of store inventory and sales activities. Keep the work area tidy and clean. Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise and marking prices.Ensure management of daily cash accounts. Maintain periodic transaction reports. The applicant must have knowledge of account payable. Along with cashiering the applicant will help maintain inventory supplies and process and ourchase request, orders, etc. in compliance with purchasing regualtions. Other duties may be assigned upon hiring.
