Must-have Skills

4+ years of progressive experience in project management, managing complex and high-impact technical projects.

Expert-level knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to navigate ambiguity.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Confluence).

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
