Lead HVAC Installer - Residential HVAC Servicing Company - Base Salary to 40.00/hour - Austin, TX

Our client is a reputable residential mechanical services company serving the Austin and Dripping Springs area. They specialize in preventative maintenance, HVAC system repairs, and residential unit installations.

They are currently hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to support their continued growth. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, reliable, and customer focused.

Responsibilities:

Install residential HVAC systems efficiently and to code, ensuring high standards of workmanship

Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer basic system operation questions

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during the installation process

Complete all required documentation and updates using field service software

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation

EPA Certification required

High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC trade school education or certification is a plus, but not required

Experience with or ability to learn Service Titan or similar software

Compensation:

Base salary up to 40.00/hour

Company-provided truck
