Overall Job description
This role is in the Artwork Management stream
This resource person will be mainly support/responsible to co-ordinate the receipt, follow-up and the tracking of requests for creation and/or modification of packing components for our pharmaceutical products to ensure that they are in compliance with the Regulatory requirements and site production guidelines. Also support/responsible to align with different stakeholders on management and mitigation of supply risks related to artwork changes.
Responsibilities
Artwork Process Execution
Support/ progress Artwork changes by liaising with the manufacturing site, Market regulatory and Artwork studios to meet the implementation requirement defined by Customer
Ensure artwork released as per planned timelines and aim right first time
Support in finalizing technical documentation and process with manufacturing sites related to packaging
Support in identifying and mitigating supply risks due to artwork changes with relevant stakeholders.
Process Improvement
Support in ensuring continuous improvement to the ways of working by challenging the status quo
Customer Relationship
Maintain good customer relationship with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth flow of the agreed artwork progress for the timely delivery of Artworks for production
Support in issue resolution
Cost management
Support in minimising the costs related to artwork release delays and errors.
