Role Overview:

As a Junior Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation-related tasks across a personal injury caseload. You will work directly under 2–3 supervising attorneys, while also maintaining independence over certain files. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to gain real courtroom and deposition experience in a fast-moving practices

Key Responsibilities:

Draft complaints and litigation pleadings

Handle all phases of discovery

Draft and argue motions in court

Take and defend depositions

Assist with trial preparation

Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates

Supervise and guide support staff (as needed)

Perform other litigation tasks as assigned

RequirementsMust-Haves:

0–5 years of attorney experience in personal injury law

Alternatively, significant prior experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal secretary will be considered

Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California

Comfortable working on-site full-time at the firm’s Torrance office

Ability to manage a small caseload independently under the supervision of senior attorneys

Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills
