Job Overview:
BluArc Steel & Precast is seeking reliable Iron Erectors with experience in structural steel erection, to join our team. Iron Erectors will be responsible for erecting, installing, and securing precast and structural steel frameworks amongst other various tasks. The work is primarily performed outdoors at construction sites. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following the proper industry procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment when necessary.
Pay: Ranging from $20 - $24 per hour, based on experience.
Hours: A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements:
Experience is preferred, but not required - willing to train the right candidate
Must be able to work at heights
Experience with crane operation is a plus
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 20%)
Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
