Your Role

We are hiring a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our leadership team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in administration and business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and managing follow-up communications/correspondences.

Draft, proofread, and coordinate correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with meeting preparation: agendas, materials, note-taking, and follow-up action items.

Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records.

Support special projects, research, and event coordination as needed.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Perform general office duties to ensure smooth operations.

Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
