The Role As we continue to grow our brand presence in France and prepare to launch our Paris showroom in early 2026, we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key trade accounts, cultivating a thriving and profitable client base.
As a trusted advisor to top-tier professionals—including architects, designers, and contractors—you’ll deliver tailored solutions with exceptional service, professionalism, and integrity.

Must be fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
This is an onsite role that must be available for some Saturday hours.
The Responsibilities
Market Waterworks brand and products to your assigned Waterworks client list, and client leads provided by the company. Generally, all marketing is the to the trade.
Meet or exceed assigned marketing, quote, order and sales goals
Cultivate and expand relationships with clients by deeply understanding their needs and presenting compelling solutions
Actively pursue new clients through social media, networking, territory outreach, and leveraging existing contacts
Develop and execute a marketing plan that generates leads, project quotes, and sales
Meet with clients in their offices, virtually or in-showroom to confidently pitch Waterworks products to secure orders
Manage all phases of client projects including initial meetings, product specification and selection, providing quote and pricing, following up to close sale and take payment
Provide monthly/weekly updates to your manager: pipeline and project status, marketing activities using CRM
Provide a superior client experience to enhance long-term relationships, brand loyalty, and increase market share
Actively participate in industry and showroom events; i.e. networking events, CEU presentations, lunch and learns, etc.
Other projects and activities as needed to drive sales and/or grow market share
What You Will Need for Success
Fluency in English and French languages (spoken and written) is required
Must be available to work Saturday hours
5+ years of outside/inside sales and/or business development experience in the high-end, luxury brand environment
Sales management experience a plus
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and marketing quotas and goals
Success with developing new business
Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
Digitally savvy
Ability to listen and translate client’s needs into sales
Strong persuasion, negotiation skills and the ability to influence others; close sales transactions/deals
Self -motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and other sales tracking tools
Plumbing and/or tile industry experience a plus / appreciated
Ability to market outside of the showroom (locally) up to 50% of week
This role is required to be in Paris, France with travel to the US 1-2 times per year as well as travel to areas surrounding Paris
