BizApps / BizApps team focuses on helping businesses simplify complexity and thrive in the digital age. The role involves turning client needs into goals and solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will collect information, analyze requirements, solve problems, and provide technical and operational support. We are looking for an Enterprise Architect in ERP and CE who can guide customers and an internal team to the best technical solution, supporting the Project Manager toward project success. We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with experience in ERP and Customer Engagement (CE) to lead client engagements and internal teams toward optimal technical solutions, supporting project leadership for successful delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead large-scale, complex, and strategic programs from enterprise architecture design to execution.

Guide clients through an effective vision of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 and adjacent application ecosystem.

Design Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and Customer Engagement (CE).

Oversee Dynamics 365 code and data upgrades and modern integrations.

Establish global ERP and CE architecture by integrating solutions across functional areas.

Support pre-sales efforts by shaping deals, preparing proposals, delivering demos, and driving solution discussions.

Identify opportunities to leverage solutions across engagements and ensure feasibility with accurate estimates.

Translate customer processes and requirements into tailored BizApps solutions, including system integrations and ISV recommendations.

Ensure cohesive Dynamics 365 implementations across project teams, functionally and technically.

Provide solution architecture oversight by tracking progress, coordinating actions, resolving issues, and contributing to team reports.

Define success metrics for business operations and validate ERP / CE system performance.

Develop professional expertise through educational opportunities, networking, and industry involvement.

Lead workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application and manage gaps identified during prototyping.

Apply testing methodologies, including RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool).

Leverage Generative AI and Copilot capabilities in relevant workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5+ years in technical solution architecture for D365F&SCM and D365 CE.

Strong proficiency with Power Platform technologies.

Proven experience in pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client engagement.

Hands-on experience with Agile implementation methodologies.

As a leader, you will bring ERP and CE technical thought leadership to help clients solve business challenges and transform their processes. You will coach and mentor junior colleagues and help the BizApps practice grow by contributing to sales pursuits, developing the capabilities of the consultant team, and engaging with Avanade’s global BizApps communities.
