Position Summary:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you’ll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data with a high degree of accuracy. You’ll work independently from your home office and play an important role in keeping our systems organized and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and maintain data across internal systems
Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
Ensure timely completion of daily/weekly data tasks
Identify and correct any data entry errors
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Communicate with supervisors and team members when needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Previous experience in data entry or administrative tasks is a plus
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (50+ WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience
