We're a woman-founded and woman-led firm with a team that reflects a broad range of lived experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives. At Teal, we value our people above all else and choose to work with partners and clients who share those values.

To carry that vision forward, we're looking for a Senior Front-End Developer who can bring design to life on the web. You'll work hand-in-hand with our creatives, strategist, and developers to transform creative ideas into responsive, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and project leads to create seamless, high-quality digital experiences.

Help manage front-end task planning, resource allocation, and timelines; communicate clearly with internal teams and external clients.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and help enforce front-end best practices and coding standards.

Lead technical discovery and evaluation phases, exploring new frameworks, tools, and solutions to strengthen project outcomes.

Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new front-end developers as the team grows.
