Play an integral part of all transaction functions and portfolio management activities including taking the lead in financial due diligence, modeling, valuation analysis, and market and industry research work streams. Manage third party advisors including consultants, bankers, lawyers, and accountants. Assist senior professionals in structuring and negotiating prospective investments. Take on leadership roles and help make critical decisions with Cove Hill’s portfolio companies. Work with the whole team on thematic sourcing initiatives. Position is fixed location based in Boston office; however, telecommuting from a home office is allowed up to 1 day per week. Domestic and International travel required up to 20% of the time for business meetings.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm

Two (2) years of experience as a private equity associate, business analyst, consultant, investment banker or similar role. Experience must include:

Two (2) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

· Market and industry work streams

· Financial Modeling, including leveraged buy-out modeling

· Valuation analysis of complex consumer and technology businesses

· Managing third party advisors including consultants, bankers, lawyers, and accountants

· Assisting senior professionals in structuring and negotiating prospective investments

One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

Managing diligence work streams

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics
