Sales Coordinator - Senior Living Communities (Base Commission)

Are you a natural connector who thrives on helping others and making an impact? At Jaybird Senior Living, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our community team and lead the charge in welcoming new residents with compassion, professionalism, and energy.

What You’ll Do:

Be the driving force behind new move-ins, turning inquiries into tours and tours into residents.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with families, prospects, and referral sources.

Follow up with urgency—responding to inquiries within 30 minutes via phone, text, and email.

Track all outreach and interactions in our CRM system to ensure no detail is missed.

Maintain a clean, inviting, tour-ready community atmosphere daily.

Partner with your team on marketing events, community outreach, and business development.

What You Bring:

2–4 years of experience in senior living, housing, or hospitality sales

A passion for serving older adults and helping families make life-changing decisions

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Confidence in using CRM tools and closing the sale
