Job Details
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in bankruptcy law, including representation of debtors, creditors, trustees, and committees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.
Education: J.D. from an accredited law school; MBA or LL.M. in Bankruptcy or Finance is a plus.
Licensure: Active membership in the state of Texas
Skills:
Strong understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and related federal and state laws.
Experience with corporate workouts, financial reorganizations, and insolvency litigation.
Familiarity with mediation and alternative dispute resolution is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to client service.
