PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

MONDAY - THURSDAY: 7AM - 3.30PM & FRIDAY: 7AM - 2.30PM

£40,000 PER ANNUM

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join our well-established client based in Sheffield on a full-time permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties

• Supervise daily shop floor operations

• Lead, motivate, and support production staff

• Monitor product quality and drive continuous improvement

• Contribute to training and development of the team

• Supervise daily production and allocate tasks

• Lead and support a team of operatives

• Keep standards high on quality and safety

• Work with management and other teams to stay on schedule

Essential Skills

• Experience in a supervisory role (manufacturing or construction preferred)

• Strong people skills - able to lead, motivate, and train

• Good knowledge of health & safety in a factory setting

• Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure

Desirable Skills

• Experience training and developing staff

Training

• Full on-the-job training provided

• Ongoing leadership and development support
