Carlton Packaging is a growing, forward-thinking company looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our busy marketing team.

In this varied and hands-on role, you'll support the Head of Marketing and Communications with a range of activities across digital, print and internal communications. From helping organise expos to updating the website and sourcing stock, this is a great opportunity to build your marketing experience in a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day marketing administration

Update internal systems including Goldvision with new leads and reports

Create marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, and graphics

Help coordinate marketing campaigns alongside the sales team

Liaise with suppliers and external agencies, including approving invoices

Keep product and employee photos up to date on digital platforms

Manage and maintain online customer accounts

Provide research support and help generate blog content ideas

Assist in preparing for expos and internal sales hampers

The Person

A Levels or equivalent qualifications

Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English

Creative eye with attention to clean, smart design

Comfortable using Excel, working with data and updating systems

Well-organised, able to work independently and as part of a team

Curious, forward-thinking, and eager to learn
