Recruitment Opportunity: Production, Hygiene, and Warehouse Operatives

Location: Lacock, Wiltshire

Hourly Rate: £12.25 + Overtime Opportunities

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 06:00 – 18:00 (alternative shifts may be available)

We are currently seeking experienced and dependable individuals to join our operations team in Lacock. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation offering long-term prospects and a supportive working environment.

Available Roles:

Production Operatives

Hygiene Operatives

Warehouse Operatives (must have experience operating electric pump trucks or LLOPs)

Candidate Requirements:

A minimum of 3 months’ experience in a similar role within a production, hygiene, or warehouse setting

Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4 on 4 off schedule

Strong awareness of health and safety practices

A proactive and reliable approach to work

For warehouse roles: demonstrable experience using electric pump trucks or LLOPs is essential

Due to the rural location, candidates must have access to personal transport or be able to utilise company-provided transport from Chippenham or Swindon (subject to availability)
