Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations throughout the entire manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in pneumatic systems, maintenance, and diagnosis of equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance operations across all phases of the manufacturing process including warehouse, material handling, prep, fabrication, paint, assembly, and shipping.

Provide direct supervision to a team of 5-7 maintenance personnel.

Execute the maintenance plan on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Assign work schedules and coordinate with manufacturing departments.

Ensure compliance with safe work practices, effective housekeeping, and company procedures.

Ensure periodic, preventive, and productive maintenance of equipment.

Track and achieve daily objectives, labor efficiency, and machine utilization and improvement.

Report daily results and manage maintenance stores as well as parts and supplies inventory levels.

Troubleshoot machinery and equipment as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in maintenance and repair of pneumatic equipment and tools.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Experience with maintenance operations in a manufacturing setting.

Ability to troubleshoot machinery and equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with welding, tools, conveyor systems, mechanical measuring, repair, lathe, drill press, and grinder.

Familiarity with facilities maintenance.

The ability to diagnose and repair pneumatic equipment/tools is essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
