Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role is critical in maintaining operational productivity and safety in our facility.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
Diagnose issues with mechanical systems and perform troubleshooting as necessary
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs efficiently
Document maintenance activities and report any major repairs needed to management
Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal performance of equipment
Adhere to GMP processes and safety regulations during all maintenance tasksQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance mechanics is a plus
Proven experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
Strong understanding of GMP processes and compliance
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues effectively
Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment maintenance practices
Familiarity with power tools and mechanical diagnostics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
