Job Title: Incoming Associate
Location: Seymour, CT
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour
Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Summary
The Incoming Associate performs material handling tasks to support production. This includes stocking, pulling kits, and loading kits for the production line while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform stocking, kit pulling, and kit loading for production.
Communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
Maintain attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Adapt to changing priorities and function well under time pressure.
Contribute to a safe and positive work environment, following OSHA and SDS policies.
Identify components accurately.
Use and maintain proficiency with MIS (Aegis) software.
Support team goals under direction of supervisors or leads.
Level Distinction
Level I:
Pull and return reels to Towers.
Use MyLabel software, Parts Journal App, scales, reel counters, and X-ray machines.
Return kits to stock, fill floor shortages, and identify customer parts.
Label boards per Aegis work instructions and prepare kits for SMT setup.
Perform Aegis job instruction lookups and use traceability tools.Level II:
Perform all Level I tasks.
Allocate thru-hole parts/boards, release kits to production, and perform serial number birthing.
Operate laser etch machines and Brady printers.
Conduct through-hole component preparation.
Perform ERP floor shortage issuing and part ordering.
Qualifications
Previous Electronics Manufacturing experience required (1–3 years minimum).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Proficiency in Aegis software required.
Must be adaptable, professional, and able to work well in a team environment.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
