Job Description

Responsibilities:

Draft, proofread, and file legal documents

Organize and manage case files and related documentation across multiple practice areas

Conduct legal and factual research using legal databases and public records

Assist with preparing cases for hearings, mediations, closings, and trials

Coordinate and communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors

Support estate planning and probate matters.

Support litigation matters.

Monitor deadlines, court dates, and filing schedulesQualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in estate planning, probate, criminal defense and/or litigation.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedures, and court systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal case management software, document management software, and e-filing systems.

Highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to professionally and discreetly manage confidential information
