Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week (Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30 PM EST with a 30 mins lunch break or 8AM-5:00 PM EST with a 60 mins lunch break)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour (paid biweekly)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team with a healthcare and pharmaceutical services organization. This role is responsible for providing excellent technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Identify customer needs and guide them through product features and functionality.
Analyze and report product malfunctions to ensure quick resolution.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills:
1+ years of customer/tech support experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
