Job Purpose The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting IT operations to ensure efficient and reliable technology services.
The role involves system monitoring, error handling, and supporting enhancements of IT applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Analyze, diagnose, and resolve IT system, software, and hardware issues.
Provide end-user support for applications, ERP systems, and technical tools.
Monitor system performance and generate reports on errors, downtime, and improvements.
Work with IT Manager to implement system upgrades, patches, and new features.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring IT issues and recommend solutions.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data protection policies.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
Support IT projects by gathering requirements, testing, and documenting solutions.
Maintain system documentation, manuals, and technical records.
Provide training and technical guidance to staff when required.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2–4 years of experience as an IT Analyst, IT Support, or related role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems, databases, and IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with networking, system administration, and cybersecurity practices.
Good analytical and documentation skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
