We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrator to support our operations in KSA.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing systems • Maintain records, databases, and office documentation with accuracy • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management • Support HR-related activities, including onboarding, attendance, and employee records • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations • Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications as needed • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations • Assist management with special projects and operational improvements Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Minimum 2–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in KSA or GCC • Prefer Filipino Nationality • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please send your resume/CV
