We are looking for a BI Manager to lead the way in Power BI, designing intuitive dashboards, driving data literacy, and shaping the LEGO Education Data Model. Help us transform insights into action and take data-driven decision-making to the next level.

Core Responsibilities
Engage with internal users of the reporting platform and provide sparring on how BI can support their efforts, as we further develop our reporting solutions and analysis framework
Be the teams Domain Expert in PowerBI; designing and developing intuitive, visually compelling reports and dashboards
As a strong advocate for data-driven decisions, you will continuously engage with various aspects of the business; ensuring our partners understand and use the reports and self-analysis tools developed
Play a key role in bringing the capabilities of the commercial as well as operational areas of LEGO Education to the next level in the data self-service environment
Co-own the LEGO Education Data Model, ensuring its continued development is best in class and matches the future needs of the business

As a BI Manager with focus on Frontend Development, your core mission is to ensure our reports deliver real value—strategically and operationally—while remaining user-friendly and compliant with delivery standards.
You will actively drive our data-driven agenda by promoting data as a business asset, enhancing understanding of data modelling, semantic models, and the business context of data.
In close collaboration with the business, you will gather requirements, translate them into report designs, support data and model specifications, build solutions in Power BI, and continuously refine them based on user feedback.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has a relevant education within BI, Data or IT. Alternatively, a background within Business Administration, Statistics or Mathematics coupled with a strong interest and skills within BI. You bring solid experience working with data modelling, data governance and data visualization as well as skills in visually compelling commercial reporting (sales, strategic dashboards, financials)
In addition, we hope you bring:
Solid experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M Query language), Microsoft Excel.
General experience with Business Intelligence methodology, topologies and tools.
A highly analytical approach and passionate about data and raising data literacy
Strong business insight; an ability to communicate effectively with senior partners, translating business needs into impactful solutions. Confidence to work independently and can navigate in a Matrix Organizational structure
Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas in English.
